Alois Hüging

Alois Hüging was born in North-Rhine Westphalia, Germany, in 1935. He was ordained priest in 1968. After the ordination he studied in London for three years. Then he taught at the Sankt Josef-Gymnasium in Biesdorf/Eifel for six years. During his 30 years in a governing position as rector of the seminary of his own community, as provincial superior and as vicar general in Rome he guided spiritual retreats in several European countries. Since his return from Rome in 2007 he gives retreat and writes reflections on biblical texts.
